[Convention] pre-registration for County Convention TCDems

Dear Delegates, Alternates and Guests to the Thurston County Convention:

This is a friendly reminder that if you wish to order lunch for 
Saturday's convention,  you need to link to the registration page : 
    http://thurstondemocrats.org/registration and complete the lunch 
order form. Bagel Brothers sandwiches, Tim's chips, and a soda
or bottled water may be pre-ordered for $7.50, including tax and tip. 
Please place your order by Wed. April 5th so Bagel Brothers has time
to order sufficient provisions to prepare the lunches. You may also 
pack your own lunch and bring it with you, but there is not a lunch 
break for
you to leave the convention to obtain lunch elsewhere. Attendees will 
eat lunch during remarks by candidates in between convention business.

If you are bringing a guest, you may order a guest lunch, as well.

If you would rather order by phone, please call the Thurston County 
Democrats number at 956-0235 and leave your name, precinct number,
and your lunch order. The order form is on the back of your call letter 
and is also on the website on the registration page.

Remember, the County Convention will be held in the gym at Capital High 
School in west Olympia, at 2707 Conger NW, off of Cooper Pt. Rd.
There is parking in front of the gym, to the left of the gym below the 
main building, and in the upper lot to the east of the school on 
Conger. The
parking lot to the right of the gym is closed due to construction at 
the school.

Registration begins at 8 a.m. and the Convention convenes at 9 a.m.  
You may pay the Convention fee of $10 (no one will be turned away for
inability to pay the fee) and the $7.50, if ordering the Bagel Brothers 
lunch, at registration. Checks should be made payable to Thurston County
Democrats (TDC), or you may pay cash.
