[LD22exec] meeting on the 15th

We have the 22nd LD EC meeting on the 15th, but now that Russ is ill, we
should move the meeting elsewhere. Do one of you on that side of town want
to hold the meeting at your house?  We can hold it here, if you want to
drive all the way out here (I am out Cooper Pt. rd. near TESC).
Just let me know.
