I plan to meet you at 4 00.  I think we can get enough ice by raiding the ice machines at the hotel.  Please bring reciepts so I can reimburse you on Friday.

Dear 22LD folks: An update to say that I have all the supplies I was
tasked w/ procuring for the hospitality (banners, donation envelopes,
donation jar, guest book, bottle openers, cork screw, WA State wine, pop,
beer, nuts, chips, plates, glasses, napkins, etc.)
But I think I need to also get ice. That wasn't on my list but we have to
have ice to keep the ale, cider and pop cold.

I will double check at Office Max to see if the two remaining nametags
have come in, and will meet Russ at the Red Lion at 4 on Friday.

Anything else you can think of?
