[LD22exec] sounds good banner for 22nd LD

Thank you for consideration.  Ross Young was the SGT at Arms at the
House of Reps for many years.  In the old days ('70s & early '80s) if
you volunteered in the sign shop makeing campaign signs, he could help
you get a job working security during session.  Some of his family still
work for the House.  He has an ineresting and colorful history.  I have
always respected him as an elder of the TCD.  I'm sure he will take
pride in being chosen to make the 22nd LD banner.

Sounds like a plan. I agree about the size fitting a folding table, 
absolutely.
