[LD22exec] sounds good banner for 22nd LD

It's all been said while I was at work.  Just my two cents that I'm totally happy with this decision.  Carry on.  Just make our logo something I'd been willing to wear on a shirt in a bar.  (Thus the TCYD logo that we modified from Oly beer.)  ;)
