[LD22exec] Olympia City Council candidate forum for July 23 Quarterly LD22 Meeting

Debby here. At this week's TCDExComm meeting we discussed the idea of
using part of the time of the 22nd LD meeting for the first part of an
Olympia City Council candidate forum, with the rest of it at the start of
the TCD meeting, like we did a few months ago when Dwight came down to do
the Chair's Challenge.

  There are three seats on the Oly City Council that have Democrats w/
campaign services running against each other.
I asked at the TCDEC meeting about the Tumwater and Lacey City Council
races but they reminded me that the Dems have not been asked for, or given
campaign services to, any Democrats challengers....i.e. no Dem is running
against Russ.

What do you think of this idea?
