[LD22exec] quorum met - Russ' campaign event - beer & pop

We have met the quorum, since Russ is recuse himself from the vote.

Now, where to take it? I cannot find the invitation to the fundraiser,  
although I did
rsvp to it! (Sorry...so much on my mind....biggest news is that my  
youngest kid just
graduated last night from Capital HS!!!!!!!!).
