[LD22exec] [TCDEC] Washblog review of TCD membership debate

I jumped in on this washblog thread awhile back, but I was remiss on
pointing you guys to it. It would be interesting to do a new diary
from a different perspective or to add your two cents in on the
conversation.

If anyone wants to post at Washblog, but have problems signing on or
