It is interesting that "ParticleMan" sees this as an elite conspiracy  
of the executive committee. Apparently, we are deliberately keeping  
ourselves ignorant of how well membership works elsewhere -- so that  
we can cling to our great power???

This kind of discourse is exactly why I am not a fan of blogs, with a  
couple of well-moderated exceptions.
