[LD22exec] update on Washblog review of TCD membership debate

It's been almost a week since I stumble upon the Washblog discussion of
TCD being an "elitest" group. I've been following the posts. You folks
might want to visit the blog prior to Monday's meeting to get a read on
what Dems in other LDs are saying about a more open membership. Very
interesting.
I still am amazed that this didn't pass. Makes so much sense to me.
