[LD22exec] WSDCC mtg. June 29-30

Dear All: I had an email from Suzie, chair of the Chairs' org, saying that
the Caucus Training for chairs will be Sat. June 29th during the WSDCC
mtg. Each chair will receive a packet and a CD to bring home to conduct
trainings w/ their PCOs.

The Chairs meeting is opposite the Rules Comm., once again, so I will have
to go to the Rules instead of the Chairs.

Which of you Chairs / Vice Chairs plan to attend the WSDCC that weekend?

Originally I thought this was the Rural / East. WA event, but from the
mailing I received yesterday from the state party, it is clear that this
is the actual CC meeting.

Also, of those attending, who would like to carpool? With gas at $3.45 and
climbing, we all likely want to save as much gas $$ as possible.

I am supposed to be in Portland Thurs. night, 6/28 speaking at an "Oregon
for Obama" fundraising event. Fri. at 10 a.m. I am supposed to be at
McChord AFB for my brother's retirement ceremony. I don't see anything
except hospitality suites on the schedule for Friday night, (except the
EC, and the only one of us who can attend is Zach).  I am fine w/ driving
over Friday
later in the day, or early Sat. a.m.

Just let me know who is going, who wants to carpool, share a room, etc.
AND, who can attend the Chairs caucus training to get the materials for
our own trainings here in Thurston Co.
