[LD22exec] Nominating Convention

For those of you who were not there this evening we finalized the fact that
we will hold the nominating convention for our three positions on Monday the
28th of April at 6:00 PM prior to the TCD meeting.  I am playing phone tag
with Senator Fraser to make sure she knows, once she is in the loop I will
send notice to the PCO's and Dwight, via email.  Any volunteers to do the
calls to our no-email crowd (less than 10) this time?
